PROJECT COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST
I. JOB PURPOSE:
To perform activities related to bidding document preparation, supplier communication for pricing, project monitoring, supplier follow-up, and services related to the following tasks:

Supplying primary and secondary electrical equipment for power transmission and distribution systems ranging from 110kV to 500kV;

Acting as an agent for manufacturers and suppliers of primary and secondary electrical equipment for power transmission and distribution systems from 110kV to 500kV.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct commercial and service activities related to the supply of electrical equipment for the Transmission and Distribution Equipment Division:

Research market information, competitors, and keep up-to-date with project and customer demand information.

Maintain and develop existing business relationships while establishing new ones.

Communicate with customers, receive and analyze order details, source suppliers, prepare quotations, and follow up on bid evaluation progress.

Coordinate with the Contracts Department during negotiation and signing processes; monitor contract implementation, delivery, and payment settlement.

Gather customer feedback on service satisfaction and handle any customer complaints (if any).
2. Carry out tasks related to project management, design, and supervision:

Participate in project management for EPC packages implemented by the investor.

Participate in reviewing designs (if applicable) and verifying bidding documents issued by the investor for bid preparation and submission.

Supervise both technical aspects and progress of contracts with investors, from the bidding stage to equipment procurement and handover.

Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve technical issues raised by investors.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Additional Knowledge: Background in commerce or sales is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in power-related projects. Preference given to candidates with experience as a Sales Engineer or Project Engineer.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of transmission and distribution systems from 110kV to 500kV.

Experience with primary and secondary electrical equipment.

Additional business knowledge is an advantage.
