Building Technical Services, also known as building technical infrastructure operations management services, is one of the main work groups of the Building Operations Management service. Building Technical services in general are the management, operation, maintenance and repair of technical systems in the Building, with the aim of ensuring that the Building is always in a safe – stable - effective operating condition. OTS Building Technical Services Process
In order to provide customers with the best quality of service, ensuring the process of implementing technical services is carried out quickly and accurately, POTS provides customers with the process of implementing Building Technical Services according to ISO 9001: 2015 including the following steps:
- Step 1: Receive information and service requests from the Customer: after receiving information from the Customer, POTS's service department will advise and make an appointment to survey the project and buildings.
- Step 2: Survey and evaluate the current status at the project, Building: POTS technical experts will come to survey, check and evaluate the current status of the technical system of the project and buildings.
- Step 3: Make a survey report, propose options and scope of service provision: Based on survey information, service needs of the Developer/Owner, POTS consults, discusses and proposes solutions, service delivery plan including scope of work, schedule and cost of implementation.
- Step 4: Negotiate and sign the contract: POST and the Developer/Owner sign a service contract as the basis for service implementation.
- Step 5: Service implementation: POTS deploys to provide services on the basis of signed service contracts. The arising items (if any) will be reported by POTS and agreed on the specific implementation plan with the Developer/Owner and signed the Appendix attached to the Service Contract.
- Step 6: Acceptance Protocol: After completing the work contents, scope of work according to the service contract and agreed agreements with the Developer/Owner, POTS proceeds to send a work report and invite the Developer/Owner. invest in inspection and acceptance to complete the service with the evaluation criteria of service quality, service implementation progress and Developer/Owner 's satisfaction with the services provided by POTS.
- Step 7: Warranty: POTS performs service warranty according to the provisions of the Contract.
