History of Formation

POTS was formed as the Branch of Petroleum Technical Services Company (PTSC) in HCMC specialing in Oilfield materials and equipment procurement and logistics.

PTSC branch in HCM city started the new service “Property Management and Leasing with the first project named “PetroVietnam Tower” in 1-5 Le Duan Blvd, Dict.1, HCMC

PTSC-City branch was converted into Enterprise of Petroleum Offshore Trading and services., then became Petroleum Offshore Trading and Services Company.

Aug. 2009, Petroleum Offshore Trading and Services Company Limitted was transferred from PTSC to the PetroVietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation (Petrosetco)

Sep. 2010, Intensified the overweight & oversize transport service with world-known group ALE

Nov. 2010, Was appointed to manage PVGas building in Dist. 7

Sep. 2011, Was awarded the contract to manage Petroleum Commercial & Financial Center (PetroLand) in Phu My Hung, Dist. 7, HCM city

Feb. 2012, Established VIETNAM PETROLEUM LOGISTICS SERVICES JOINT STOCK COMPANY (PSL Viet Nam)

March 2012, Established PETROSETCO – ALE Heavy Transportation and Lifting Joint – Stock Company ( PETROSETCO – ALE) in which PETROSETCO – POTS contributes 51% charter capital.

March 2016, Established of Service and maintenance of technology department

May 2016, Established of Marine Services Department

May. 2016, Was awarded the contract to manage Vietnam Petroleum Institute (VPI) – 6th Floor, Block E2b-5, D1 Street, High Tech Park, Tan Phu Ward, District 9, Hochiminh City, Vietnam

September 2016, POTS Company officially converted from Petroleum Offshore Trading and Service Limited Company into Petroleum Offshore Trading and Service Joint Stock Company

June. 2017, Was awarded the contract to manage PLATINUM PLAZA in district 6, Ho Chi Minh city

August. 2017, Was awarded the contract Long term service for 2 unit of GE gas turbine for Nghi Son Refinery And Petrochemical LLC

March. 2019, Was awarded the contract to manage BETRIMEX Tower in district 3, Ho Chi Minh city

December. 2021, Was awarded the contract to manage CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT OF HO CHI MINH CITY

November. 2023, Was awarded the contract to manage FPT Tan Thuan 2 Tower
