Job Description

  1. Front Desk Operations

    • Welcome, greet, and assist visitors and customers at the building lobby and company office.

    • Provide general information and guidance as needed.

  2. Telephone Operator

    • Receive and transfer incoming calls.

    • Answer and provide information (within authorized scope) to customers.

    • Record customer messages and requests, forwarding them to responsible personnel in the Management Office.

    • Update contact lists of customers, partners, and suppliers for the building management team.

  3. Administrative Support

    • Prepare purchase requests for office supplies and equipment for the management office.

    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents to tenants daily.

    • Deliver internal documents within the management team.

    • Handle document submission for signatures and approvals.

    • Collect and prepare parking revenue reports (monthly and occasional) for the Operations Manager.

    • Participate in fire drills and handle emergency situations according to the company’s emergency response procedures.

    • Support building and company events as required.

Work Location

Buildings managed by the company located in District 1, District 7, District 9, and Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or higher.

  • Basic English communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Pleasant appearance; height over 1.60m.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
