Drilling equipment & steel material team specializes in supplying structural steels for fabrication of offshore wellhead platforms, line pipes for field development, equipment and materials for drilling and exploitation activities of oil & gas operators in Vietnam. For over 25 years, we have participated and supplied structural steels & line pipes for many large projects including Bien Dong 1 project, Su Tu Nau project, Thang Long-Dong Do platforms, Diamond platform, RC5/RC6, BKT project and H5 WHP-TGT development project, Dai Hung’s Phase 3.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
● Structural steels: SAW welded pipes (API Monogram Spec. 2B, 5L), Plates (Grades: API 2W, 2H, 5L, ASTM), Beams, Sections, Bars.
● Line pipes: HF-ERW/Seamless line pipes (Grades: API 5L, 5LC CRA, 5LD).
● Equipment and materials:
• OCTG (API 5CT), casing accessories & tools.
• Logging tools (fishing tools, winches
• Downhole tools (gauge)
• Well head equipment (Surface and Subsea), X-mas Tree.
• Mudline Suspension
• Liner hanger

MAJOR PROJECTS:
● Vietsovpetro’s wellhead platforms (BK-9,BK- 3, RC-3, BK-10, BKI, GT-1, MT-1, BK-TNG, BK4A): 5,000MT structural steels.
● Vietsovpetro’s BKT project: 3,600MT structural steels.
● Cuu Long JOC’s Su Tu Den & Su Tu Nau projects: 5,000MT structural steels and 3,000MT line pipe.
● Bien Dong POC’s Hai Thach-Moc Tinh platforms: 4,400MT structural steels and 21Km CRA clad line pipe.
● Lam Son JOC’s Thang Long-Dong Do platforms: 7,300MT structural steels.
● Petronas’ Diamond platform: 1,000MT structural steels.
● Hoang Long JOC’s H5 WHP-TGT development project: 3,000MT line pipe.
● VSP’s drilling and wells workover for Block 09-1: 330MT chemical.
● Primary steel for SVDN project – 16,000MT
● Gas lift RC1/3-RP1, Block 09.1
● PVEP POC’s Phase 3 project: Supply of 28,000 meters of 13-3/8in casing.
● HLJOC’s TGT drilling of well 36P & 37P: Supply 2,300 meters of 13-3/8in casing, 6,200 meters of 9-5/8in casing, and 6,500 meters of 4-1/2in tubing.
● JVPC’s Block 15.2 drilling: Supply 6,800 meters of 9-5/8in casing.
