Building Management


- Our Property Managers and Chief Engineers have experience in all aspects in Building and Apartment Management. We care in details of work to satisfy Tenants and Residents, proactive operation and maintenance activity to create a confortable and safety environment for working and living.

- We are managing Petrovietnam Tower, PV Gas Tower and was managed the Petroland Tower. We offer comprehensive solutions for Management to reduce Owner’s cost but increase value of the Assets, bring good reputation to the Owner.


- We establish Building Operation Management according to the International Standard Operation (ISO 9001:2008). Developing management team is the highest quality, good manners, enthusiasm, reliable and flexible handling of daily operation. We can manage multiple properties; provide services in safety, comfortable working and civilized living environment for tenants and residents, effective measure managing to reduce operation cost for the Owners.

- We create the relationship and strong support from sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure the stable and high quality services provided. We always form a good connection between Owners and Tenants for both developments.


- Depending on the project size and functional use of the properties, our management team with over ten-year experience will:

- Managing and controlling of M&E operations; inspections, checklists and do maintenance work.

- Preparing residential and commercial leases, renewal leases, supervision customer’s payment, collect bill in due.

- Providing customer services, handling all customers’ complaints, provide and supervise proper services to tenants and residents.

- Supervise sub-contractors providing services of security, cleaning, pest control, trash removal…in line with high  standard level.

- Managing and controlling security, fire safety, hygiene environmental safety according to the law requirement.

- Risk management, controlling and evaluation M&E system operation to finding defects and study preventive measure.

- Cost management, controlling of daily operation cost to bring effective benefit to the Owners.


 -Consulting on machinery commissioning organization; listing out defects list after construction.
- Establishing Organization chart of the Management Office, consulting on recruitment.
- Establishing operation procedures such as check list form, preventive maintenance procedure, fire safety control, environmental control procedures, daily General Rules and Regulations, …
- We have experiences on pre-opening consultant at some building in Hanoi, Đa Nang such as Petrovietnam Tower (PVN), Vietnam Petroleum Institute (VPI), PVCombank Tower Ha noi, PVCombank Tower Đa Nang.
